Hat Contest

Welcome, all you creative hat lovers out there. We want to invite you to decorate your most creative hat art ever at the 2nd Annual Lighter Side of Christmas Parade Hat Contest. As you may remember, our beloved friend, Mike Williams (with Deb Idleman, below), was the mastermind behind this addition. He always decorated and wore the most elaborate and crazy hats for the Christmas parade. We dedicate the hat contest in his memory.

Please join us in having some fun while honoring one of our parade veterans once again this year. We will have the judging at 5:15 SHARP at the Woodland Park Pavilion in front of the Ute Pass Cultural Center. The judges will be looking for the most innovative and crazy hat design for 2011 to give golden tickets to. Don't be late - we don't want to miss your masterpieces! Prizes will be awarded to those lucky ticket holders at the Ute Pass Cultural Center after the parade. Can't wait to see how Woodland Park tops last years CRAZY hats!
